| Based at Phenros Station, Ron in conjunction with Leanne, oversees the entire operation of the company. His roles include the management training and personal development of family and staff, developing existing relationships with the company’s various partners, evaluating new business opportunities and assisting in the management of all locations. He also manages and regularly visits Cross Country Station. |

| Based at Phenros Station, Leanne in conjunction with Ron, oversees the entire operation of the company. Her roles include the management of all administration, accounting, and financial systems, developing existing relationships with the company’s various partners and evaluating new business opportunities. She also cooks for the staff based at Phenros Station, manages and regularly visits Cross Country Station. |

| Based in Brisbane, Matthew works as a commercial real estate agent. His roles include the management of the company’s commercial real estate assets, all sales and marketing, and assisting with management training and personal development. |

| Based at Morella Station, Peter in conjunction with Stephanie, coordinates the breeding operation of the company. His roles include the management of all breeding stock, processing of calves, some maiden heifer preparation and direct selling of culls from the herd. |

| Based at Phenros Station, Michael coordinates the fattening and stud operation of the company. His roles include the management of Phenros Station, Isabel Downs, Werribee and Dusty’s Hut. Primarily these locations are utilised for processing weaners, fattening steers, culls and aged cows, preparing maiden heifers and breeding bulls for Morella Station. |

Her roles include the management of all breeding stock, processing of calves, some maiden heifer preparation and direct selling of culls from the herd. | Based in Brisbane, Katie owns and manages a commercial cleaning company. In conjunction with Matthew, she assists with all sales and marketing, management training and personal development for family and staff of the company. |
